- All prices shown throughout this web site are in British Sterling and show
pre-value British Value added tax and pro-value British Value added tax at
a rate of 17.5%. All prices are subject to alteration without notice and goods
will be charged at the prices ruling at the date of order.
- Delivery: Plasterersworld will use all reasonable endeavours
to meet delivery dates but such dates are estimates only and Plasterersworld
shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay. Goods will be despatched
via Parcelforce or private carrier as soon as payment is received by Plasterersworld
subject to availability.
- Please Allow 7 days for UK residents and 28 days rest of the world
delivery, from date of payment received by Plasterersworld, again subject
to availability.
- Delivery Prices: Orders with a final total value of over
£100 will be sent with no delivery charge. Items with a final total value
of under £100 will be subject to carriage charge of £8.00.
- International customers will have to contact us for a quote.
- Warranty: All items purchased are guaranteed for a period of 12 months
from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
This DOES NOT include fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal
working conditions, or failure to follow any manufacturer instructions.
- Specification: All sizes, and specifications used in our web site
are used as a helpful guide only, Plasterersworld and its manufacturers reserve
the right to change specifications without prior notice.
- Returns: Any item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
of the items price at the time of purchase. Items returned must be in original
condition and unused. Credit card refunds will only be credited to the credit
card used to purchase the goods. Any goods incorrectly supplied will be refunded.
- Payment: Orders will be dispatched when full payment (including any
international delivery fees) is received by Plasterersworld before any order
can be accepted. An order from a customer will be deemed as an offer to purchase,
the invoice raised by Plasterersworld will be deemed as acceptance of that
order. Plasterersworld reserve the right to delay any despatch of goods until
payment is cleared.
- Liability: The liability of the company extends only to the purchase
price of the goods and excludes any additional costs that may have been incurred
by the buyer, whether this is due to negligence, faulty goods, late delivery
or any other occurrence.
- Force Majeure: The company shall be entitled to suspend or postpone
performance of the contract in the event of strike, lock-out, dispute, break
down, accident, force majeure or any other circumstance beyond control of
the company. In the event of any such suspension or postponement beyond the
3 months, the contract so far as it remains unperformed be deemed to be terminated
but without prejudice to the rights of either party arising before the date
of termination.
- Cancellation: Orders placed cannot be cancelled except with the company's
consent and on terms which will indemnify the company against loss and expenses
incurred. Any goods returned without the companies consent in writing will
not be accepted for credit or refund.

numbers, layout, graphics and style includes in this site are considered property.
Reproduction in whole, or in part is prohibited without permission.
- Applicable law and Jurisdiction: This content shall be deemed to
have been made been made in England, the law applicable to it is the law of
England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
