Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read carefully before ordering goods.
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all goods supplied by Plasterers World, hereby known as PW .
You must be 18 years of age, or older, to order goods from PW.
The title of the goods remains the property of PW until full payment has cleared .
The transaction is subject to right of cancellation.
PW has the right to change conditions of sale without prior notification to you concerning future sales.

All goods are subject to availability. If the items you order are unavailable at this time, PW will notify you as to when stock is due and if you wish to proceed with the order or be informed when we are re-stocked.
PW has made every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions on the site are correct, but realise that errors sometimes happen. If a pricing error has been made, PW will inform you, and you have the choice of re-ordering at the correct price or cancelling the order.
Delivery charges are required to meet your order.
Postage is added at the end of your transaction. The postage covers Mainland UK, areas including England, Wales and parts of Scotland. We will inform you by email or telephone if your postage price exceeds our coverage zone prices.
We use APC Parcelrite couriers for our larger orders and Royal Mail delivery service
for our smaller packages.
PW will send you an email with all the delivery instructions and APC depot
details and APC Parcelrite will attempt to deliver the goods.
If the customer is out they will be returned to the nearest local branch until contacted by the customer for re-delivery or arranged to collect from the depot.
If there is no contact from the customer, the goods will be returned back to PW.
Royal Mail delivery is a "Recorded Signed For" service which requires a signature.
If no one is available, Royal Mail will leave a calling card for you to re-arrange
delivery or collect in person from the nearest branch or Post Office.

If in the event , the goods are uncollected from the delivery agents, they will be
returned to PW.
Re-delivery will require additional carriage charges based on the previous delivery.
On receipt of a completed order, goods will be despatched next working day.
PW are happy to exchange or refund any faulty or unwanted goods, within a period of fourteen days, as long as they are returned in their original saleable condition and are unused or modified in any way.
Postage charges will not be refunded unless PW has mistakenly despatched an incorrect order. In these instances PW will refund the customers postal return charges, and re-despatch the correct order.
All returns must be sent by recorded delivery as proof of return.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed
through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for
shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally,
we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with
information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk

browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing
